WHY HAS THE NUMBER OF NEIGHBORHOOD STREETS AND ARTERIALS IN NEED OF CRITICAL REPAIR DOUBLED SINCE MONCRIEF TOOK OFFICE?
WHY are elected officials allowed to take campaign contributions from gas drillers and continue to vote on issues that benefit the industry?
Why are our tax dollars being used for commercial development incentives without any proof of a return to the taxpayer? SHOW ME THE MONEY!
Why has our Mayor “flip flopped” on so many issues such as the tax freeze for our over 65 and disabled citizens? Before that, “Meet and Confer” for our police officers and then collective bargaining for the fire department?
Why have our water rates increased twice in 2004, again in 2005….and yet again in 2006, 2007 and 2008 without any improvement in services?
How is it the City CAN afford untold millions for a town lake that will benefit a small group of elites, yet we cannot afford to fix our streets...all of our streets?
