- A ballot initiative in May of 2010 for City Council Term Limits
in the city charter.
- EVERY year MUST be the “year of the neighborhood” with REAL neighborhood progress instead of just talk!
- We must have a “sun down” date for the Storm Water Utility District.
- We must insist on a gas drilling ordinance that truly protects neighborhood safety and quality of life while still allowing mineral owners to participate in the Barnett Shale.
- We MUST require our leadership to return to accountability of elected officials by reinstituting the Ethics Review Commission of Fort Worth.
- Compulsory “Crime Free Multi Family” certification for problem
properties with more criminal nuisance abatement initiatives NOW!
- Community centers and parks taking priority over development incentives, funding for race tracks or private retail development.
- We desperately need a garbage and bulk waste system that does not punish the citizens of Fort Worth for a poorly planned and negotiated program.
- IT’S TIME TO HOLD OUR LEADERS ACCOUNTABLE!
